Mr. Ullmark started his career in Sweden and spent four years as President of Ehrenstrahle BBDO Stockholm. In 1984 he came to the United States and acquired Anderson & Lembke, building it into the leading technology advertising agency in the world. Anderson & Lembke represented Microsoft and Sun Microsystems among others and had offices in New York, San Francisco, Amsterdam and Hong Kong. After selling the agency to McCann-Erickson (IPG) he continued within IPG and helped build the groups interactive business around the world.

Hans Ullmark is also the founder of Collaborate, a new breed of communications agency that extends across all forms of media, from TV to PC and beyond. Collaborate blends strategy, technology and creativity to design unique brand experiences integrated around the consumer. Collaborate has offices in San Francisco and Stockholm, and clients such as Franklin Templeton Investments and Logitech.
