Since 1981, Gerbsman Partners has been involved in maximizing enterprise value for a growing portfolio of more than 118 companies and their intellectual property through Gerbsman Partners’ proprietary Date Certain M&A Process.’ Our extensive range of diverse industry experience includes technology, life science, medical device manufacturing, digital marketing, cyber security, gaming, fuel cell, and solar energy and other industries.

Our firm has also been assisting emerging growth and middle-market companies to develop and execute financial and capital formation strategies, provide access to capital markets, and develop and facilitate strategic alliances and licensing of intellectual property in a wide range of industries.

Gerbsman Partners has been involved in restructuring/terminating over $ 810 million of prohibitive real estate and equipment leases, sub-debt, and creditor issues. And, to date, we have been involved in over $ 2.3 billion of restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, and financing transactions.

Our managing partner, Steven R. Gerbsman, participates as a Mentor for MBA students at Stanford University and has also been a guest lecturer at the University of San Francisco’s MBA program, the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown, and the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley’s Venture Capital Executive Program.
